10” Gyuto
This one’s got meat! I’ve had some requests for a heavy duty Gyuto, with more weight and a thicker taper with low bevels that still cut well. Sitting at 300g this one’s fairly forward heavy but still has a nice cutting motion. It’s got UMPH.
