Being no stranger to “yes chef” for over a decade, I certainly developed a home in the kitchen.

Cooking for me is a selfless experience, giving one the ability to be creative and bring comfort to others on a primal level.

My style of cooking is synonymous to the approach of my knives; simple yet intentional, highlighting distinctive imperfections while ensuring the purpose of the final product is wholly executed.

Rough finishes are common on my knives; to honor the forging process involved in production but also to serve as an ode to preserving a products natural beauty.

Creating something that is elegant yet practical, and supporting chefs with quality, affordable tools brings immense satisfaction to my work.
