I had somewhat loose plans for this knife, mainly aiming for a larger utility but once it gets big enough it starts to dip into slicer/suji territory 😂.
It leans more towards a workhorse grind, excelling at slicing and fine knife work. For me, it’d be an all day user, but I can prefer a shorter heel height for the nimbleness.
