7.25” Migaki Gyuto
Leaning into laser territory here, this was a multi-layered San Mai knife that I wasn’t too happy with how the KU came out. I decided to give it a belt finish that I’m actually pleased with. At certain angles you can see the layers of mild steel and nickel. It’s very light and nimble.
